Requirements

  • Exposure to SaaS systems, operations, or customer onboarding (internships, coursework, or prior roles welcome)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high consistency
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn more about sales systems, customer operations, and the Pendo platform
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Exposure to Pendo’s platform (preferred)
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams or supporting technical workflows (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provision Pendo customers with licenses, access, and entitlements according to established policies and SLAs
  • Execute customer provisioning requests from Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams with extreme attention to detail
  • Ensure a high level of data quality by verifying the accuracy of all provisioning activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward provisioning issues; escalate complex cases when needed
  • Partner closely with GTM Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure customers are provisioned correctly and on time
  • Support senior analysts by assisting in testing and validating provisioning workflows
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase the speed, accuracy, and reliability of customer provisioning
