Responsibilities

Coordinating transaction execution and issuer support initiatives, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
Managing communication with buyers, sellers, and legal counsel to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues
Maintaining standardized agreements and communication templates, compiling and organizing documents, preparing signature packages, and securing necessary approvals
Overseeing and maintaining transaction records and information in Hiive’s CRM and related systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Supporting the compliance team by gathering and verifying documents needed for KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory requirements
Assisting the Finance team by tracking transaction settlements, verifying revenue data, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting
Participating in the development and continuous improvement of operational processes, providing feedback to enhance platform features and internal workflows
Supervising administrative and support tasks related to transaction execution to maintain service excellence and compliance
