Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and configurations (Sales & Service Cloud) with solid SFDC admin skills
2-4 years of experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and provide feedback during the development process
Collaborate with product owners to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans for Salesforce projects
Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts (inclusive of applicable regressions) based on business requirements to verify the functionality, performance, security, and usability of Salesforce/enterprise applications
Maintain comprehensive test documentation
Identify, document, and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce and severity assessment
Manage and maintain test data, ensuring data integrity and relevance for testing purposes
Contribute to the overall quality assurance process, including test process improvements, test automation initiatives, and the adoption of best practices
Be available for standups and miscellaneous business calls during scheduled timing (typically early PST hours)
