Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform and configurations (Sales & Service Cloud) with solid SFDC admin skills
  • 2-4 years of experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and provide feedback during the development process
  • Collaborate with product owners to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans for Salesforce projects
  • Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts (inclusive of applicable regressions) based on business requirements to verify the functionality, performance, security, and usability of Salesforce/enterprise applications
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation
  • Identify, document, and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce and severity assessment
  • Manage and maintain test data, ensuring data integrity and relevance for testing purposes
  • Contribute to the overall quality assurance process, including test process improvements, test automation initiatives, and the adoption of best practices
  • Be available for standups and miscellaneous business calls during scheduled timing (typically early PST hours)
