The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and training coordination. Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Airtable or Smartsheet is required, along with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A data-driven and analytical mindset is essential for measuring impact and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
This role involves supporting the Global Operations Enablement team by collecting and publishing data and metrics from the LMS and other sources. Responsibilities include optimizing routine processes for new staff onboarding and ongoing learning, administering the LMS by uploading new courses and managing course assignments, and triaging training requests through an intake process. The Associate Enablement Operations Manager will also construct and update Airtable bases and Google Sheets for project tracking and collaborate with the enablement team for badging and certification development.
