Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have ten years of experience in investigative, intelligence, and case management, preferably within a law enforcement agency or a large global organization. Experience in complex transnational, cyber, intellectual property, drug, and/or financial crime investigations is required. A valid U.S. passport and the ability to travel internationally are also necessary, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will lead investigations into frauds, counterfeit medicines, and other violations as part of a Special Investigations Unit. This role involves developing and assessing investigations, supporting internal partners, regulators, and law enforcement, and collaborating with legal and investigative professionals. Responsibilities include creating strategies to combat fraud and promote brand protection, identifying new investigative avenues using forensic technology, partnering with external counsel and law enforcement globally, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion throughout all assignments.
