Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and execute data strategy, integrating analytics, visualization, and business intelligence across teams
  • Drive strategic discussions to identify opportunities, whitespace, and innovative data-driven solutions
  • Champion analytic capabilities and expand data science-driven solutions, partnering with Tech@Lilly
  • Ensure alignment and common understanding of data strategy and learning operations across global teams and partners
  • Drive integration of systems for guided execution, hyper-automation, and evidence-based insights
  • Serve as trusted advisor, actively participating in all projects; lead design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and data-driven platforms
  • Develop and operationalize dashboards/critical metrics, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity
  • Present outcomes and recommendations to collaborators at all levels
  • Establish and optimize core business and learning operations, including goal setting, governance, performance, and risk management
  • Implement best project management practices for analytics and system integration
  • Supervise key performance indicators, identify improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Network with experts and partners to develop, test, and implement new analytics and learning approaches
  • Lead without authority, coach agile teammates, and ensure resourcing for priority areas
  • Lead development and execution of data strategies to power learning experiences, optimize operations, and measure performance
