Responsibilities

Set the vision and execute data strategy, integrating analytics, visualization, and business intelligence across teams
Drive strategic discussions to identify opportunities, whitespace, and innovative data-driven solutions
Champion analytic capabilities and expand data science-driven solutions, partnering with Tech@Lilly
Ensure alignment and common understanding of data strategy and learning operations across global teams and partners
Drive integration of systems for guided execution, hyper-automation, and evidence-based insights
Serve as trusted advisor, actively participating in all projects; lead design, development, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and data-driven platforms
Develop and operationalize dashboards/critical metrics, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity
Present outcomes and recommendations to collaborators at all levels
Establish and optimize core business and learning operations, including goal setting, governance, performance, and risk management
Implement best project management practices for analytics and system integration
Supervise key performance indicators, identify improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Network with experts and partners to develop, test, and implement new analytics and learning approaches
Lead without authority, coach agile teammates, and ensure resourcing for priority areas
Lead development and execution of data strategies to power learning experiences, optimize operations, and measure performance
Conduct exploratory data analysis and root-cause investigations
