Responsibilities

  • Lead the AI marketing tools strategy, centralizing evaluation, identification, and rollout of AI and automation technologies across Performance Marketing, Creative, and Analytics
  • Create a systematic evaluation framework for emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Mutiny, Dynamic Yield, Jasper, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) based on ROI, scalability, security, and integration readiness
  • Build and maintain a central repository and roadmap of approved AI tools — ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment across global teams
  • Partner with Engineering, IT, and Legal to assess integration feasibility, data governance, and vendor due diligence
  • Drive AI tool implementation and training — creating playbooks, workflows, and enablement materials for marketing teams
  • Measure adoption, performance, and impact of AI-enabled initiatives
  • Define and operationalize the AI strategy and technology roadmap for marketing performance
  • Lead Futures (AI Tools), CRO (experimentation frameworks and UX performance), and Ad Operations (infrastructure, tagging, and campaign governance) workstreams
  • Connect strategy to execution by embedding automation, efficiency, and intelligence into every stage of the marketing lifecycle — from creative production to lead attribution
