Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or sponsorship strategy, with a proven track record of executing large-scale brand activations. A deep understanding of cultural moments and the ability to activate within them, such as fashion weeks and global sporting events, is required. The ideal candidate possesses creative vision, operational and budget discipline, and strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. A passion for creating intimate, inclusive, and desirable luxury experiences is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will lead the vision, planning, and execution of in-real-life brand experiences, including pop-ups, trunk shows, and large-scale sponsorships. This includes developing and pitching sponsorship opportunities, building tiered event frameworks, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across departments. Responsibilities also involve negotiating contracts, managing budgets and vendors, overseeing run-of-show, conducting post-mortem analyses, and tracking ROI for all events and sponsorships.
