Candidates need a university degree related to real estate, preferably CIREA qualification, membership in RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 6–10 years post-qualification experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, strong analytical and report writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
