Requirements

University degree holder, program related to real estate
CIREA qualification is preferred
Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience would be preferred
Strong industry network in Hong Kong/China
Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented with strong report writing and analytical skills
Committed to mentoring and developing junior staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

Execute and oversee valuation assignments, feasibility studies, and consulting projects with a focus on accuracy and quality
Support the development of Colliers’ valuation services and contribute to fee generation
Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development
Manage client communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with senior management on project planning and execution
Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and best practices
Promote cross-functional services within Colliers
Frequent travel between Hong Kong-China will be required
