Requirements

Ability to oversee the design, test, and transition to support of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of automation and AI-based solutions
Experience ensuring solutions are designed effectively, tested rigorously, transitioned smoothly into BAU, and operated reliably post-deployment
Capability to lead an Operations Analyst, a Designer, and a Tester (without directly managing the development team)
Strong partnership skills with development teams, Automation Lead, business stakeholders, and operations
Strategic leadership in solution design, partnering with architects and business analysts
Expertise in creating and executing comprehensive testing strategies (UAT, performance testing, defect resolution)
Proficiency in leading transitions to operational teams, including handover, documentation, and training
Ownership of post-deployment operations (incident management, performance monitoring, optimization)
Skills in stakeholder leadership, communication, risk management, and issue resolution with senior stakeholders
Knowledge of governance, compliance, security standards, and their integration into projects
Ability to develop and deliver strategic roadmaps for delivery processes and solution performance

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in solution design, partnering with architects and business analysts to ensure solutions meet/exceed functional and non-functional requirements and align with organizational goals
Oversee creation and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution, ensuring high-quality solutions
Lead and own the transition of projects to BAU, including seamless handover, documentation, training, and strategic roadmaps for operational readiness
Take end-to-end ownership of post-deployment operations, including incident management, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization; champion continuous improvement
Serve as primary leader for delivery status, risk management, issue resolution, and communication with senior business and technical stakeholders
Ensure adherence to internal governance, security, and compliance standards; integrate into strategic planning and execution
Lead identification and execution of opportunities to optimize delivery processes and enhance solution performance; develop and deliver strategic roadmaps for automation and AI
