Requirements

  • Ability to oversee the design, test, and transition to support of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of automation and AI-based solutions
  • Experience ensuring solutions are designed effectively, tested rigorously, transitioned smoothly into BAU, and operated reliably post-deployment
  • Capability to lead an Operations Analyst, a Designer, and a Tester (without directly managing the development team)
  • Strong partnership skills with development teams, Automation Lead, business stakeholders, and operations
  • Strategic leadership in solution design, partnering with architects and business analysts
  • Expertise in creating and executing comprehensive testing strategies (UAT, performance testing, defect resolution)
  • Proficiency in leading transitions to operational teams, including handover, documentation, and training
  • Ownership of post-deployment operations (incident management, performance monitoring, optimization)
  • Skills in stakeholder leadership, communication, risk management, and issue resolution with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of governance, compliance, security standards, and their integration into projects
  • Ability to develop and deliver strategic roadmaps for delivery processes and solution performance

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in solution design, partnering with architects and business analysts to ensure solutions meet/exceed functional and non-functional requirements and align with organizational goals
  • Oversee creation and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, including UAT, performance testing, and defect resolution, ensuring high-quality solutions
  • Lead and own the transition of projects to BAU, including seamless handover, documentation, training, and strategic roadmaps for operational readiness
  • Take end-to-end ownership of post-deployment operations, including incident management, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization; champion continuous improvement
  • Serve as primary leader for delivery status, risk management, issue resolution, and communication with senior business and technical stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance, security, and compliance standards; integrate into strategic planning and execution
  • Lead identification and execution of opportunities to optimize delivery processes and enhance solution performance; develop and deliver strategic roadmaps for automation and AI
