Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize resource requirements, manage resource assignments, monitor utilization, and assess staff competency
  • Define recruiting strategies, staffing needs, and department objectives aligned with company goals
  • Provide expert review and guidance on Data Management deliverables (CRF/e-CRF, database design, validation, Data Management Plan)
  • Offer technical advice and solutions to internal and external customers to improve efficiency
  • Participate in defining strategies for new processes and technology
  • Define and implement training/professional development strategies for the team
  • Mentor staff members to develop Data Management expertise
  • Hold regular meetings with direct reports to discuss project status, utilization, training, and personnel issues
  • Efficiently convey messages from leadership and communicate issues/opportunities upwards
  • Ensure coverage for direct reports during absences or turnover
  • Prepare and present in bid defense meetings and discussions
  • Contribute to cross-functional project teams and customer project status meetings
  • Liaise with Business Development and provide input on proposal feasibility
