Requirements

Candidates should possess a degree and 5-7 years of experience in data and analytics, preferably in advertising, management consulting, marketing, or digital consulting. They should have knowledge of agency-side media campaign planning and execution, as well as strong understanding of media metrics, campaign performance evaluation, attribution modeling, and A/B testing. Proven leadership ability and experience managing client relationships and leading analytics workstreams across multiple accounts are also required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Analytics will build and develop a deep understanding of client's strategic issues and initiatives, designing measurement frameworks and reporting roadmaps. They will oversee the development of dashboards, campaign performance reports, and advanced measurement projects, ensuring timely follow-through on deliverables and presenting reports to clients. The role involves managing a team of analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance, collaborating with data engineering and marketing science partners, and partnering with planning and investment teams on budget setting and media plan optimization. Staying current on industry trends and translating business solutions into innovative analytics is also a key responsibility.
