Candidates must possess fluency in German as a mandatory requirement, along with required bilingual skills in English. Previous experience in sales and/or Customer Success Management is required, and experience in the SaaS industry is also mandatory. Comfort managing multiple tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment is essential, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
The Associate Customer Success Manager will grow and nurture a portfolio of customers within the DACH market, understanding their goals and identifying opportunities for growth through cross-selling and upselling activities. They will maximize portfolio expansion while minimizing churn risks and impacts on customer satisfaction, own and manage renewal activities, gather customer product feedback to inform the product roadmap, develop and automate processes, define customer strategies focusing on client satisfaction and Aircall growth, and consistently provide excellent customer experience.
