The Customer Success Associate will coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new provider groups and support Customer Success Managers with daily account needs. They will manage key projects, prepare materials for customer touchpoints, and serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer performance data, developing reports, and documenting customer feedback to escalate issues.
