Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud computing, containers, and modern IT infrastructure
  • Exposure to Linux and willingness to learn Kubernetes
  • Interest in scripting, APIs, automation tools, and learning cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with eagerness to develop new technical skills
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working directly with customers
  • Early career technologist who is curious, collaborative, and interested in staying up to date with industry trends
  • Passion for cybersecurity and solving real-world cloud security problems
  • Willingness to grow technical depth in areas like Kubernetes, cloud platforms, monitoring, and security
  • Team player who succeeds in an environment of mentorship and knowledge-sharing
  • Ability to work onsite at customer's office in Nashville at least 1-2 days a week
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Prometheus, monitoring, or DevOps/security concepts

Responsibilities

  • Assist as a technical resource on the Sysdig Platform while learning from senior team members
  • Develop connections with customer teams and technical users to understand their needs
  • Help map Sysdig capabilities to customer goals and assist with basic deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Shadow and participate in customer workshops to learn best practices for adoption and usage
  • Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Support) to improve the Sysdig product experience
