Responsibilities

The Associate Creative Director, Copy will lead the copy and/or brand architecture writing process, ensuring copy integrates with design elements. They will use data and feedback to inform creative decisions, direct agency partners on copy architecture, and collaborate closely with leadership to set goals and define the creative vision. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, product, and digital teams to guide new initiatives, sharing organizational goals and creative vision with internal teams and external partners, and identifying comprehensive, cross-discipline solutions for complex branding challenges. The role involves playing a key part in developing or adopting new technologies or methodologies, directing and mentoring junior creative team members, and representing the team’s mission, vision, and values through activities like speaking at conferences and contributing to industry blogs.
