Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Business, Education, Instruction and Facilitation, Training, or a related field, along with at least three years of digital training experience. Prior experience in CPG or related retail is preferred, and demonstrated expertise in visual design principles, usability principles, adaptive learning, and managing large audiences is required. Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint are also necessary.

Responsibilities

This role involves producing engaging pre-recorded demos and trainings of NIQ’s products, owning and leading educational efforts for internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining reusable training templates and assets, documenting and improving digital development processes, collaborating with SMEs to validate content requirements, conducting user acceptance testing on reports, performing needs assessments, and working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The Associate Client Manager will also be responsible for other duties as assigned.
