Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have knowledge of Spectra and/or SSI tools, as well as Consumer Panel Data. Experience with syndicated data, utilizing complex data sets, client service, and project management is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to train software virtually or in person are essential. A retail or manufacturing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Associate Client Manager will deliver training sessions on the Spectra platform to address client business challenges, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor. They will translate complex data into actionable insights, contribute to best practices and training materials, and lead internal certification training for associates. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally to ensure positive client experiences and staying updated on product and industry trends.
