Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with knowledge and use of Spectra and/or SSI tools, and familiarity with Consumer Panel Data. Strong analytical aptitude, curiosity, and a lifelong learning mindset are essential. Experience with syndicated data is a plus. Candidates must possess experience utilizing multiple and complex data sets through problem-solving and proven project management skills. Prior experience in a client service environment with the ability to develop, maintain, and grow client relationships is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and the ability to train software either in person or through video meetings are also required. A retail or manufacturing background is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate Client Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, delivering engaging training sessions on the Spectra platform to address client business challenges. They will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include contributing to and maintaining a library of best practices, use cases, and training materials. The role also involves leading internal certification training for Spectra Subject Matter Experts to enhance organizational expertise. Additionally, the Associate Client Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality client experiences and stay current on product updates and industry trends to improve training and consultation efforts.
