Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of industry experience in the CPG industry and/or related sales, category management, or market research. Prior experience with NIQ or similar solutions in the analytics space, including POS/Panel Data, is preferred. Proficiency in analyzing NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, etc.) and utilizing Discover is required. The role also demands the ability to coach others in data analysis and NIQ tools, a strong analytical mind with excellent numerical skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides. A Master's degree is a plus, and candidates must be digitally savvy, fast learners, and fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

The Associate Client Manager will act as a master of NIQ tools and metrics to solve client business questions and collaborate with CS Consultants to enhance customer experience. They will independently respond to business questions during briefing sessions, develop analytical outlines using multiple NIQ solutions, and translate data into compelling stories with actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction through insightful analysis, identifying and converting revenue leads, executing the service model, removing roadblocks, and leading/coaching junior team members. The role also involves championing initiatives, providing guidance to peers, and leading thought leadership projects, while ensuring client briefings are thorough and complete.
