Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses
  • Fluent in Korean
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues at all levels and locations
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities
  • Ability to demonstrate sound initiatives and develop ideas for client engagements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the team to fulfill the department’s functional and operational objectives and goals effectively
  • Handle and manage responses to programmatic and ad-hoc prospective investor inquiries
  • Foster clear and efficient communication within the team and across CIM
  • Define project scopes in collaboration with the Relationship Manager and management
  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables at the required level of quality
  • Conduct research and analysis on potential investors, competitors, and market trends
  • Analyze market data and summarize data points from service providers into actionable next steps
  • Maintain the team schedule and assist in coordinating investor meetings
  • Attend in-person/phone meetings and support post-meeting communication and other marketing efforts
  • Prepare internal and external communications, including Salesforce reports, emails, and presentations
