Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong interest in developing a Sales, Business Development, and Account Management career in cloud services, and prior tech-related internship experiences, particularly in cloud or software, are highly advantageous. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Chinese, German, French, or another major European language is a significant plus. A demonstrated “hunter” mentality and outstanding sales closing abilities are also essential, along with a curiosity for technology and prior knowledge of Cloud, CDN, SaaS, and the internet space.

Responsibilities

The Associate Account Representative will partner and support senior members of the Sales team throughout the customer account management lifecycle, including contract preparation, negotiation, and administrative tasks. They will also assist in the preparation and execution of strategic account plans, status reports, sales forecasting, and quota attainment, while actively generating leads and identifying sales opportunities. Furthermore, the role involves attending industry exhibitions, developing and managing relationships with key client stakeholders, partnering with the Business Contracts Manager on contract negotiations, achieving sales goals, and becoming proficient in Tencent’s cloud offerings. Finally, the position requires developing strategic plans based on industry trends and customer analysis, and collaborating with Solutions Architect and Marketing teams to create sales materials.
