Requirements

Candidates should possess 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success in selling services, solutions, or consulting offerings to small enterprise customers. They should have the ability to build and execute strategies for developing new business and growing existing accounts within the small enterprise segment, as well as strong skills in consultative and solution-based selling, including the ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and achieve aggressive sales targets. Furthermore, they must be able to engage with technical stakeholders, learn about various technologies, and effectively position solutions to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with decision-makers in small enterprise organizations, proactively seek out and close new sales opportunities, strategically grow revenue within their client portfolio through cross-sell and upsell opportunities, collaborate with clients to uncover pain points and craft customized solutions, own the entire sales process including prospecting, presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless handoff to delivery teams, and continuously build their knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics to effectively position our services as the best solutions for clients.
