Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and deliver a unique shopping experience to consumers. Lead by example on the sales floor to ensure an excellent consumer journey
  • Build, lead, and develop a strong team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to provide outstanding service. Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance. Foster a positive and motivating store culture
  • Manage store budgets and operations to meet sales targets, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction. Oversee product flow, visual presentation, and stock management in coordination with relevant departments
  • Implement and support NIKE’s strategies (e.g., sustainability, membership, digital services) in the store. Ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines. Cooperate with business partners across stores and HQ to share best practices
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes. Ensure team members are knowledgeable about digital services and brand information. Participate in training sessions and share knowledge with the team
  • Use data and analysis to drive continuous improvement with store management. Utilize reporting tools to make informed business decisions
