The Assistant Store Manager will welcome customers to Rebag, creating memorable experiences and educating them about resale, while identifying and overcoming objections related to quoted items, financing, and pricing. They will coordinate the final transaction for sellers, contribute to improving the sales and trade experience, demonstrate mastery of Rebag products and services, and proactively update the CRM system. Additionally, they will support and manage sales peers, build customer relationships, and assist leadership and training teams in developing the in-store experience.
