Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandise
Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and available for sale
Maintain presentation standards
Deliver a positive member experience
Oversee nightly execution and performance of merchandise department tasks
Direct the work of the overnight team (without direct supervisory responsibilities)
Coach, teach, and develop overnight team members to ensure Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standards
Teach, develop, and motivate team members for successful execution of club merchandising
Ensure merchandise is available in proper quantities throughout the club
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, taking full responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement during assigned shifts
Complete yearly certification for a forklift license
Demonstrate inclusive behavior, make ethical choices, and approach work with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
Foster open communication and trust in a safe, collaborative environment

Address member questions/concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues
Maintain club standards and deliver GOLD Standards consistently
Perform daily responsibilities accurately to support club goals and performance targets
