Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic design and development of monthly retail campaigns, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and lifecycle marketing objectives
  • Analyze retail performance data to identify trends and opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations for brands to drive sales and improve customer experience
  • Interface as the lead subject matter expert dedicated to developing, coordinating, and executing key retail journeys and build-to-order programs, providing knowledge and experience to partners (including current open offers or private offers for retention and conquest audiences)
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with all brands and business partners (Customer Engagement, Divisional Retail Teams, Marketing, Product Marketing, Legal/Privacy, Marketing Applied Sciences, GM Research, Growth Brands, Agency Partners), acting as a liaison between groups and ensuring communication supports overarching objectives
  • Work across all teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and workflow processes (including client testing and reviews) are aligned and on-time
  • Partner with agency of record and brands to oversee creative development and campaign optimization efforts to provide world-class ordering, loyalty, and customer experience; support content matrix development to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice and tone; optimize processes to drive efficiency across all brands
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and direct the development of insights to present program results and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership; recommend testing and pilot opportunities to validate new approaches and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Manage agency resources along with client expectations, supporting all brands and models under programs
