The Assistant Maintenance Service Manager will oversee building maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to CIM Group’s standards and safety protocols. They will be responsible for scheduling and supervising preventive maintenance tasks, inspecting mechanical systems, managing work orders, tracking expenses, and coordinating with vendors. Additionally, the role involves maintaining inventory, managing engineering records, controlling access, and collaborating with the Property Manager to ensure efficient building upkeep and resident satisfaction.
