Deployment and Activations Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 a year Location Type: Fully remote, candidates ideally located in the Northeast part of the US.

Position Overview

Willow is seeking a motivated Deployment and Activations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for onboarding new customers, building and deploying digital twin models, ensuring data quality, and coordinating with clients. You will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by advanced technology in the built world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate customer data sets into accurate and scalable virtual models, actioning business goals into detailed digital representations.
  • Ensure models support simulations, visualizations, and analyses for applications like Digital Twin systems or project planning.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to showcase Willow features and ensure their realization of value.
  • Update and maintain the digital twin to reflect real-time changes in physical assets, incorporating modifications and updates.
  • Deploy connectors that enrich the Willow Application by applying additional context to customer data.
  • Enable new features as the product evolves, ensuring customers realize value in new ways.
  • Deploy connectors to the Building Management System to collect, normalize, and translate customer data into actionable insights within the Willow App.
  • Work closely with customer teams, engineering, and data specialists to ensure compatibility of data models with IoT systems and real-world data.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between customer data and physical assets using data sets like As-Built Drawings, Testing & Balance Reports, Sequence of Operations documents, and Design Schedules.
  • Support the integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) data into Digital Twin systems.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of related experience in project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
  • Experience in IT/OT/IoT, with an understanding of API integrations.
  • Experience in Customer Management.
  • A strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for lifelong learning to drive clarity from ambiguity.
  • Preferred (but not required): Experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, Building Information Management, or Enterprise Asset Management systems.
