Requirements

Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business, with experience in IT/OT/IoT and API integrations. Customer management experience is required, and experience in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering Consulting, Building Automation Systems, Building Information Management, or Enterprise Asset Management systems is a plus. A strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for lifelong learning are essential. Candidates should ideally be located in the Northeast US.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Consultant will translate customer data sets into scalable virtual models, ensuring they support simulations and analyses for Digital Twin systems. They will build customer relationships to showcase Willow features and value, and maintain digital twins to reflect real-time changes in physical assets. The role involves deploying connectors to enrich the Willow Application and building management systems, enabling new features, and ensuring data model compatibility with IoT systems. Responsibilities also include resolving discrepancies between customer data and physical assets, and supporting the integration of BIM data into Digital Twin systems.
