Responsibilities

Conduct processes like repairs, inventories, and maintenance operations through Asset Management strategies, delivering savings to customers and additional business to Rockwell Automation
Implement techniques of Asset Management Professional to produce customer benefits and AMR business
Manage multiple Engineering projects and transactional services on behalf of Rockwell Automation and targeted Customers
Provide monthly financial and savings reports
Work with client departments including plant management, engineering, purchasing and distributors to identify efficiency plans for maintenance
Pre and post-Sales, maintenance and inventory consultations
Offer information about equipment delivery times, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules
Serve as the customer contact on technical and service-related inquiries, such as verifying quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by audits
Help the customer reduce the cost of maintenance on site whilst increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
