Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Loss Prevention, Criminal Justice, or Business Management, and have over 5 years of multi-unit Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience in retail. Formal training and certifications in Interview and Interrogation are required, with a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI designation) being preferred. Prior experience conducting critical interviews by phone or video conferencing is also necessary, along with a proven track record of success in the field.

Responsibilities

The Regional Asset Protection Manager will oversee asset protection, security, theft, fraud, and investigations within the assigned region, supporting club management to analyze shrink and identify profitability gaps. Responsibilities include maintaining building security, investigating internal and external theft, fraud, and organized retail crime cases, and providing recommendations for prosecution and terminations. The manager will collaborate on developing shrink strategies, assessing high-risk areas, addressing team member incidents, and maintaining a safe environment. They will also coach club management, develop partnerships with field support teams, provide guidance on training and monitoring of SAP, analyze data to pinpoint operational issues, and play a leadership role during critical incidents and workplace violence situations.
