Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Basic math, English communication skills, legible penmanship, and reading comprehension
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Basic use of Microsoft applications and general computer skills
Effective interpersonal communication and a positive outlook
Mechanical reasoning and troubleshooting skills
Strong mechanical skills along with experience in the use of various hand tools
Candidates cannot be allergic to Cephalosporin/Penicillin
Trained and certified in aseptic gowning and maintain that certification
Routine lifting of 20-50 lbs
Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
Ability to gown aseptically which requires frequent bending and balance
Manual dexterity and ability to keep up with pace of production standards
Flexible hours and overtime may be required
1st Shift (5:30am – 2:00pm)

Responsibilities

Performs setup, aseptic filling, inspection, lyophilization, capping operations, and cleaning operations in aseptic and non-aseptic environments
Use Microsoft applications and maintain good organizational skills for an orderly work environment
Communicate in a manner conducive to effective working relationships
Adhere to proper documentation practices and follow instructions in standard operating procedures and batch records
Work in strict compliance with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements in a lean manufacturing environment
All activities conducted within a safety-minded culture striving for continuous improvement
