Requirements

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Art Director with a proven track record in experiential events and activations. Responsibilities

The Art Director will lead the creative concepting and visual direction for Deel's event programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand identity. This role involves providing strong creative leadership to internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution across all event touchpoints. Responsibilities include overseeing the creation of all necessary creative assets for event environments, such as signage, spatial design, motion graphics, video, and interactive elements. Additionally, the Art Director will champion experiential innovation across various event formats, including virtual and hybrid, and collaborate closely with internal teams like Field Marketing and Sales to deliver impactful brand experiences.
