Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on creative with experience in developing original event concepts and themes, pushing B2B brand experience boundaries, and aligning with strategic objectives. They should possess strong visual direction skills, experience collaborating with internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners, and a proven ability to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution across all touchpoints. Experience in overseeing the development of creative assets for event environments, including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag, is essential. A background in championing creative experimentation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats, including exploring new technologies like AR/VR and AI-driven interactions, is also required.

Responsibilities

The Art Director for Events & Activations will lead the development of original event concepts, themes, and creative visions that align with strategic objectives. They will provide strong visual direction and guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution across all touchpoints. This role involves overseeing the development of all creative assets required for event environments, from signage and spatial design to motion, video, interactive elements, and swag. Additionally, they will champion creative experimentation across IRL, virtual, and hybrid formats, exploring new technologies that enhance engagement, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Field Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to create immersive, ownable, and memorable brand experiences.
