Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in brand, campaign, or art direction roles, either in-house or at creative agencies, and possess a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS). A strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven thinking, refined art direction, and compelling visual storytelling across various platforms is essential. Fluency in both digital and traditional media, strong design fundamentals including mastery of composition, typography, layout, and motion, and experience mentoring designers or content creators are required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is necessary, with working knowledge of motion tools being a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for ideation and execution, a culture-first mindset, and a passion for live experiences, community, and creative connection are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Art Director will concept and lead creative work across brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, product launches, and cultural moments. They will partner with copywriters and strategists to develop and execute campaign ideas, translating strategic insights into narrative-led creative platforms and storytelling systems. Responsibilities include crafting creative assets for digital, social, film, email, product surfaces, OOH, and experiential channels, as well as mentoring a small team of designers to elevate craft and conceptual quality. The role involves presenting ideas to stakeholders and senior leaders, ensuring creative alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives, and collaborating across disciplines like growth, social, and product marketing. Additionally, they will utilize AI and emerging tools as creative accelerators.
