Requirements

Candidates should possess strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and at least 5 years of experience in motion design, visual design, or art direction, preferably within a fast-paced tech company. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse motion and design work, proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere, and a solid understanding of animation principles are essential. Experience with Figma, web animations, or 3D tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Art Director, Motion Design will be responsible for creating motion-first assets, including storyboarding, concepting, animation, and final polish for brand and product content such as launch videos, social clips, product demos, and live event visuals. This role involves collaborating with writers, designers, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual stories, establishing scalable motion systems and templates, and contributing to broader design projects across campaigns, the website, and product launches. The Art Director will also lead creative feedback sessions to enhance team creative quality and work iteratively in a high-output environment.
