The Area Vice President, Sales - West must be a US citizen and be subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. They should possess a passion for fast-paced team growth, a proven network of high-performance sellers, and enjoy co-innovating with customers and R&D.
This role involves recruiting, enabling, and leading a team of Account Executives to build pipeline and close new annual recurring revenue (ARR), accurately forecasting and delivering results against a territory plan, working closely with RevOps, Sales, and Finance as part of the leadership team, building and executing a Go-to-Market plan for private sector accounts, collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure platform adoption and execute a land and expand strategy, leveraging technology, reseller, and integration partners to generate pipeline and close business, helping shape the future roadmap by establishing strategic relationships with prospects and customers, and working with RegScale ELT to drive the Go-to-Market strategy.
