This role focuses on leading a team of Account Executives to drive enterprise deals, ensure customer success, and contribute to the company's Go-to-Market strategy. Requirements

  • US Citizen

  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong network of contacts within the CISO community
  • Ability to travel to customer sites, RegScale offices, and industry events

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, enable, and actively lead a team of Account Executives to build pipeline and close new ARR.
  • Sales Execution: Accurately forecast and deliver results against territory plan, collaborating with RevOps, Sales, and Finance.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Build and execute Go-to-Market plans for private sector accounts.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure platform adoption and execute the land and expand strategy.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Leverage technology, reseller, and integration partners to generate pipeline and close business.
  • Product Roadmap: Help shape the future roadmap by establishing strategic relationships with prospects and customers, and collaborating with RegScale product teams.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work with RegScale ELT to drive the RegScale Go-to-Market strategy.
