We’re looking for an experienced, people-first AVP, Sales to lead and grow a team of high-performing Account Executives. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day sales execution, coaching talent, and helping shape the sales culture at ModernFi. You’ll also play a key role in strategic selling to financial institutions and driving process improvements as we scale.
