The role requires leadership and strategic guidance in sales strategy design, expertise in municipal sales including RFP and proposal development, coaching and performance management of sales managers, and relationship building with municipalities and government affairs teams.
The role directly supervises Managers, Municipal Sales in each Division, supports Area Presidents and General Managers, and works closely with Area and Corporate leadership, the Government Affairs team, and the Director, Public Private Partnerships.
Strong candidates will have proven experience in municipal sales strategy, market analysis, coaching sales teams, nurturing key account relationships, and leading large-scale privatization opportunities.
