Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field
  • Familiarity with hospital promotion work in the local and surrounding areas
  • 4-5 years of sales experience
  • At least 2-3 years of DM (District Manager) team leadership experience
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, team collaboration spirit, ability to independently analyze and solve problems, and work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Fully understand company strategy and apply it to work; allocate annual, quarterly, and monthly resources and activities (personnel/budget/activities)
  • Manage and coach sales representatives to achieve common goals; comply with all BMS biopharmaceutical behavior and compliance policies
  • Establish and maintain ongoing contact and communication with doctors and KOLs through various communication tools
  • Provide excellent customer service, build solid long-term customer relationships, balance multiple demands with a quick and professional attitude
  • Deeply collect customer information, fully understand customer needs especially in disease management; share information with manager and seek effective ways to handle customer feedback
  • Analyze customer types and business opportunities, convert them into business plans
  • Closely track/understand competitors' market activities, share innovative ideas with manager and team to gain competitive advantage
  • Maintain strong working relationships with different departments (e.g., marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, commercial, corporate affairs, immuno-oncology strategic cooperation), obtain support for regional decision-making and execution, drive business performance
  • Manage and monitor key activities – IHM (as on-site observer covering 50%)/RTM (as on-site observer covering 80%), manage and monitor hospital-related projects
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly understand and learn scientific information; continuously self-study publicly published scientific literature, attend relevant seminars and academic conferences
  • Communicate clearly, logically, and concisely in diverse situations, including 1:1 meetings, formal group briefings, and written communication
  • Win KOL trust through mature communication skills and professional expertise
