Requirements

Responsibilities

The Area Field Sales Manager will communicate and implement strategic plans and initiatives across all sales divisions, drive accountability within the team as a sales subject matter expert, and collaborate with District Managers to enhance market share and brand love. They will serve as a bridge between CSC and the field, influencing sales initiatives and strategies, analyze complex problems related to market share and athlete needs, and provide valuable input to corporate Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams based on field insights. Furthermore, they will coach and train District Managers and Store Managers to enhance sales proficiency, maintain an in-depth understanding of sales strategies, and lead effectively through organizational change and ambiguity, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
