Responsibilities

  • Working with the Head of Performance Marketing and team of channel specialists to develop and execute a comprehensive global App strategy to drive growth and achieve ambitious revenue and efficiency targets
  • Be hands on in our accounts, optimising a complex, high-spending global App program across Google & Apple products
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in App and digital marketing. Work closely with platform partners to stay on top of emerging products and ensure we have a plan to test them at pace
  • Implement A/B testing and continuous optimisation of campaigns to enhance performance and drive growth
  • Utilise enterprise analytics tools such as Looker to analyse campaign performance
  • Generate detailed reports, dashboards and actionable insights for the team and for our stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of App performance on overall business objectives. Conduct analysis on competitor activity and make clear recommendations to improve our position in the market
  • Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop technical solutions and enhance campaign performance
  • Assist in setting and managing a large annual budget that covers all our global markets
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating a strong bias for action and ability to simplify complexity to get buy-in for our projects
