Responsibilities

  • Account management focused on developing the SME market to acquire corporate contracts
  • Renewal, upselling, and cross-selling of direct-handled contracts held by the Fukuoka Branch in the Kyushu region, including insurance solicitation activities
  • Acting as a playing manager: personally engaging in insurance solicitation while fostering, supporting, accompanying, and managing sales staff
  • Acquiring knowledge of diverse insurance products, including those from other companies (life and non-life insurance)
  • Providing specialized risk consulting: identifying potential risks and proposing tailored combinations of risk measures for each customer
  • Training and guiding sales staff on approaches to prospects, negotiation techniques, appropriate information provision to companies, and planning/proposal skills
