Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in marketing, statistics, data science, business management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, a passion for consumer understanding and market insights, and effective communication skills in both Spanish and English are required. Experience with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus, as is demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and a proactive, curiosity-driven approach to challenges.

Responsibilities

Interns will act as business strategy consultants, guiding management through consumer research and data analytics. Key responsibilities include conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer research, developing predictive models using internal and external data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and identify growth opportunities. Interns will also provide strategic recommendations for business decisions and product development, and develop skills in big data analytics, immersive research, and storytelling.
