Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask across several different projects
Relevant experience in Financial and Accounting processes preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills to present information to Senior Management and stakeholders
Ability to work effectively and build relationships across a matrix structure and with a diverse management team
Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneDrive, and Teams
Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, and similar financial reporting systems
Experience with business intelligence analytical tools; Power BI a plus
Flexible and a team player
3-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Project Analysis, Accounting, Financial, Management & Statutory Reporting, or other Accounting and Finance-related areas
CPA a plus but not required
Industry knowledge beneficial
Availability for 5AM - 2PM working hours, Monday - Friday, hybrid setup

Responsibilities

Assist in the monthly/quarterly/annual reporting process, preparing analyses and reports of results relative to prior year, prior month, and/or Plan, focusing on key business factors driving financial performance
Assist in the analysis for and production of monthly/quarterly/annual presentations of results to key stakeholders and business unit partners
Assist in the annual Planning process, compiling information, analysis, and preparing reports
Assist in the monthly/quarterly forecast process
Support the business unit with expense analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, invoice submission, monthly close processes, and other ad hoc tasks
Develop strong relationships and closely coordinate with partners in Manila and other locations to meet financial goals
Work closely with local and onshore managers, and team members, to identify process improvements, enhance productivity and efficiency, and develop financial/business metrics vital to stakeholders' decision-making
Actively participate in special projects and ad hoc requests to support management, focusing on key business factors driving financial performance and supplementing reports needed by business partners
