  • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 50-75% of the time to meet with members face to face (mileage reimbursed per company policy)
  • 2+ years experience in behavioral health, social services, or appropriate related field equivalent to program focus
  • Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, preferably in behavioral health or human services (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized care plans rooted in empathy and respect for diversity
  • Manage assigned caseloads, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
