Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong background in accounting, business, finance, or program management
- Previous data-related experience required
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience
- Previous CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, developing reports and importing/exporting data
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
Responsibilities
- Manages and implements program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots application issues to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions
- Proactively identifies and scopes database enhancement opportunities
- Defines quality control requirements and works collaboratively across teams to ensure compliance
- Creates and maintains comprehensive process documentation
- Generates weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor, and measure performance, and relevant metrics
- Coordinates across multiple organizations and departments and responsible for communication of relevant information
- Analyzes complex sets of data and develops reporting tools in Excel and various ecommerce software systems to support program operations, summarizes findings and improves data processes
- Provides analysis and supports accurate forecasting for internal use and to inform clients and partners of program projections
- Supports program evaluation efforts and identifies opportunities for process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
