Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and have at least one marketing internship with brand experience. Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups, and PowerPoint for presentation deck creation is required, along with experience in data analysis, synthesizing data, and making business recommendations. Additional desired skills include being detail-oriented, having strong communication abilities, the capacity to multi-task, an insatiable curiosity for emerging trends and their fit to the brand, a consumer-first mindset with an interest in understanding consumer behavior, and a demonstrated interest in a marketing/brand management career.
The Brand Marketing Analyst will evaluate data and business trends to provide timely insights and monthly reporting on consumption, shipments, and other key metrics. This role involves executing ad hoc analyses, developing cohesive stories from cross-functional insights, and preparing situation assessments for annual planning. Responsibilities also include assisting with brand management for new product launches and life cycle changes, managing the coupon creation process, tracking, and analysis, and supporting budget management. The analyst will represent the marketing team on database operational needs, ensure data integrity in systems like Circana, and stay updated on consumer and industry trends to bring new ideas to the brand team.
