The AI RevOps (“airops”) Lead will architect, automate, and optimize a unified, data-driven commercial operations ecosystem. Leveraging AI and low-code/no-code platforms, you will transform siloed sales, marketing, support, and customer-success signals into real-time, ROI-driven insights at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design & Integration: Reverse-engineer legacy workflows; integrate CRM (HubSpot), BI dashboards, support, and CS tools into one platform.
  • AI-Driven Automation & Experimentation: Identify high-leverage processes (e.g., hyper-personalized outreach, churn-risk detection); prototype, measure, and scale AI agents.
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Mine large datasets for leading indicators of engagement, expansion, and churn; translate analytics into Go-To-Market recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management: Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership on KPIs; drive adoption through training and stakeholder management.
  • Continuous Improvement & Governance: Define data-quality standards and AI guardrails; monitor performance, iterate on models, and surface risks proactively.
