Responsibilities

Define and communicate the IXP product vision, aligning it with UiPath’s strategy, market opportunities, and customer needs
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—planning, prioritizing, and delivering features using scalable and agile development practices
Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights through telemetry, interviews, and direct engagement to shape product decisions
Validate and refine features early to ensure they deliver accuracy, usability, and real-world value for non-technical business users
Coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies, remove roadblocks, and keep projects on track
Enable internal and external stakeholders through demos, documentation, training materials, and clear roadmap communication
